Beyondbaitandbobber.com is a subsidiary of Beyond Bait and Bobber LLC. As a member based web site Beyondbaitandbobber.com (referred to as BBB) assumes no liability for the actions of its individual members. The gallery area will be monitored on a daily basis and appropriate pictures will be posted within 24 hours whenever possible. Blog messages will be posted as immediately as the server will allow and will be intermittently monitored. Any member posting messages and or information deemed inappropriate by staff members of BBB will loose their privileges for posting messages and/or comments. These areas are for members only and you must sign in using your user name and password to gain access to this area. BBB suggests that you not share your password with anyone, including other members. Please use caution when posting messages. It is suggested by BBB that you use your user name when posting messages and not give out your personal information while posting on our site. BBB will never use the blogging area to contact individual members. Please see BBB’s privacy policy for other information regarding your personal information.

BBB will ship new member packages on the 15th of the month following registration. Lures of the month will then be shipped on the 1st of every month following the initial welcome package. BBB will make every effort to make sure that items are received by its members in good working condition. In the event that an item is not received in good working condition the item needs to be returned to BBB and a new item will be shipped promptly. All manufacturer warranties should be handled directly with the manufacturer. BBB assumes no liability for member misuse of the products provided by BBB sponsors. The products associated with BBB are fishing items. These items are meant for angling and therefore many of these items will have sharp hooks. It is strongly recommended by BBB that caution be used during all aspects of using products shipped by BBB. This caution advisory includes, but is not limited to; opening the shipping package, inspecting the items, attaching the item to fishing gear during actual fishing time and storing the item. BBB assumes no liability for the mishandling of any products shipped by BBB to its members.

When you purchase a membership for yourself or for another person, you are entering into a contract with BBB. You are agreeing to make payment for the service being offered. If you are paying for the annual membership in one lump sum, that sum will be immediately withdrawn from the account of your choosing. If you are choosing to pay for the membership using BBB three payment option, the initial draw will include your first installment plus the entire shipping and handling fee. The next two payments will be due in the next two consecutive 30 day periods. When selecting this payment option, the shipping of items other than the welcome package will not commence until the second installment has been made. After the third installment is completed your items will be shipped on the first of the month for the remaining period of your twelve month membership. At the end of your twelve month membership you will be provided with the information to renew your membership for an additional twelve months.
